Return & Refund Policy

Physical Products
Most physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order receipt or confirmation email)
Digital Products
Digital products (training programs, downloadable resources, e-books, videos) are non-refundable once purchased or downloaded. By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge this restriction.
External Training Programs
Training programs purchased through external platforms (such as TeamBuildr) are subject to that platform's own refund policy. Please contact the platform directly for refund requests on those products.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll reply with return shipping instructions
- Ship the item back (return shipping is at your expense unless the return is due to our error)
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Customized or personalized items
- Items showing signs of use or wear
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at our discretion. Return shipping for damaged items is covered by us.
